Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before booking a Salon Session (the “Service”) operated by Mini Manes (“us”, “we”, or “our”) at the Hunter Collective (the “salon”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
In order to provide a perfect style please attend your appointment with your child’s hair freshly washed and detangled.
Due to the wonderful diverse nature of curly/kinky hair, we may not be able to achieve the exact style you are seeking so a more suitable alternative will be given to work around this. Your own unique curl pattern, hair length, hair quality, natural volume and thickness will all affect the final look. Hopefully leaving you feeling great, having enjoyed your experience with me.
I endeavour to keep to booked timings as close as possible, but please keep in mind that some styles take longer than others and as a result, I do over-run on some appointments.
A £20 deposit is required at time of booking to confirm the service.. The remaining balance is payable when you attend your appointment.. If you change your appointment date or cancel more than 48 hours in advance your deposit will be refunded in full or reallocated to another date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
It’s important you arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late we’ll need to cancel or rebook your session and your deposit will be lost.
The salon is a shared space so please be respectful. The salon floor (the service area) is unsafe for a small child. The floor is slippery, there is hair everywhere, there are people moving quickly with sharp objects in their hands, and there are harsh, chemicals like bleach and perm solution being used which can and DO get dropped.
If you are bringing a pram, please let us know so we can ensure we have the right amount of space. It’s ok to bring more that the intended client to the session, but the salon space isn’t huge so sometimes it gets pretty crowded. This means they will need to stay in the waiting area.

Our Service requires us to build a portfolio for our social content platforms. Upon agreeing to the these terms you agree to pics and or videos of your child hair/style being taken and posted online. You have the right to ask for your child’s face not to be shown. We own the rights to all our social content,
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
